Shipping policy

Order preparation and delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. During periods of high order volume or holidays, delivery may take up to 5 business days. Goods are delivered using one of the delivery methods selected below:

•  Omniva parcel locker or courier
•  LP express parcel locker or courier

For purchases of 50 EUR or more, delivery is free; otherwise:

• Omniva parcel locker – delivery cost 3 EUR
• LP express parcel locker – delivery cost 2.80 EUR
• Courier – delivery cost 4.90 EUR

If you chose to receive the goods by courier, please ensure that the packaging is undamaged upon receipt. In case of packaging damage, immediately inform the courier.
