GENERAL PROVISIONS
These product purchase rules (hereinafter – Rules) constitute an agreement between Skinsela, MB, legal entity code 307171074, registered office address J. Basanavičiaus g. 73-28, LT-57280 Kėdainiai (hereinafter – Seller) and You, under which the Seller will provide You with the opportunity to purchase goods offered in the online store http://www.skinsela.com/ (hereinafter – E-shop) (hereinafter – Products).

You have the right to purchase in the E-shop only if you are able to enter into a binding agreement with the Seller under applicable laws, and only if you comply with these Rules and applicable laws. If you are under 18 years of age, you can only purchase in the E-shop with the consent of your parents or other legal representatives. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older or have the consent of your parents or other legal representatives.
PURCHASE IN THE E-SHOP
When you visit the E-shop and select Products, a shopping cart is formed based on your selection.
After forming the shopping cart, you must enter the data necessary for the delivery of the selected Products. Ensure that the provided data is correct and that the ordered Products meet your requirements. You have the opportunity to correct any errors before confirming the order. Your provided data is processed for the purposes and in the manner specified in the Privacy Policy.
You agree that by placing an order in the E-shop, you undertake to pay the price indicated in the order for the Products. The price of the Product indicated in the E-shop and in the order includes all taxes, but does not include the fee for Product delivery, which you will have to pay additionally (unless otherwise specified in the E-shop). Prices in the E-shop and in the order are indicated in Euros.
You can pay for the Products using the following methods: electronic banking, credit card, PayPal.
Payment must be made immediately after placing the order.
Once you confirm the order, the Seller receives all information about it. The order is considered placed from the moment the Seller receives it. In such a case, it is considered that a contract has been concluded between you and the Seller. However, the Seller is obliged to fulfill such a contract only from the moment the Seller receives confirmation from the payment service provider regarding payment for the Products.
After placing the order, an email will be sent to the email address you provided, indicating the ordered Products and the data you provided.
Upon receiving notification that you have made payment for the ordered Products, the Seller undertakes to fulfill your order.
PRODUCT FEATURES AND QUALITY
Product features are indicated in the E-shop next to the description of each Product. The Seller aims to ensure that the Products comply with the requirements established by legal acts and are suitable for their intended use.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are aware and understand that the Products listed in the E-shop may not match the actual size, shape, or color of the Products due to the characteristics or settings of your monitor or other device. Such differences will not be considered Product defects, except in cases where the discrepancies are caused by the Seller or third parties associated with them.
The Seller undertakes to deliver Products that correspond to the information provided in the Product description in the E-shop. The Seller also undertakes to provide you with the assortment and quantity of Products specified in the order, but is not responsible in cases where the assortment or quantity of delivered Products is inaccurate due to your incorrect provision of data in the order submitted to the Seller.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
When ordering Products, you must choose the Product delivery method and specify the Product delivery address. Delivery is possible by: courier, to parcel lockers.
Please note that the indicated Product delivery times are approximate. Although we always strive to fulfill the order as quickly as possible, sometimes its preparation may take longer due to a large number of orders or the workload of delivery service providers. The Seller always informs about the delivery status, please follow this information. Once the shipment has been dispatched, you can track it using the tracking number in the delivery service provider's system.
In cases where, upon receiving the Products, you notice that the ordered Product is missing from the shipment, inform the Seller immediately.
Products are delivered packaged, taking into account their nature, to ensure that the Products are suitable for their intended use.
EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF GOODS
The rules for product exchange and return are discussed separately in the E-shop and form an integral part of these Rules.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Trademarks and other designations used to mark the Products belong to the Seller and/or other persons and are protected by law. All intellectual property rights to the Products and their individual parts also belong to the Seller and/or other persons.
The trademarks and logos used in the E-shop, the domain name, the E-shop itself and the website where it is hosted, as well as all their individual elements, including texts, photographs, drawings and all materials present in the E-shop and on the website, the presentation, image and design of any page of the E-shop or website, and all intellectual property rights thereto exclusively belong to the Seller and/or other persons. You undertake not to copy, modify or otherwise use these intellectual property objects without the separate written consent of the rights holder.
LIABILITY
The Seller's liability for product quality and delivery is established in the applicable legal acts.
You must provide the Seller with all correct and complete requested information. You are responsible for providing the correct Product delivery address.
You are responsible for the security of your username, password, or other data allowing access to the E-shop. However, if you notice unauthorized use of your username and password, contact the Seller immediately.
AMENDMENTS AND TERMINATION
The Seller may change these Rules from time to time. The latest (current) version of the Rules will always be visible and accessible in the E-shop. Before confirming an order, you must familiarize yourself with the current version of the Rules. Each order will be subject to the version of the Rules that was in effect at the time of such order confirmation.
The Seller shall have the right to discontinue (terminate) the operation of the E-shop at any time. Such termination will not affect purchase-sale agreements in force at that time.
OTHER CONDITIONS
These Rules and any purchase-sale agreement are concluded and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disputes, disagreements or claims arising from or related to these Rules or a separate purchase-sale agreement, as well as issues of their violation, termination or validity, shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The non-judicial consumer dispute resolution body, which is competent to resolve consumer disputes arising from these Rules, is the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (address: A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, tel. (+370 5) 262 6751, email tarnyba@vvtat.lt; website address: https://www.vvtat.lt, a request or complaint can be submitted electronically through the Consumer Rights Information System (VTIS): https://vtis.lt/). Complaints to Lithuanian and other EU institutions can also be submitted via the electronic dispute resolution platform https://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
All warnings or other notices related to purchases in the E-shop, these Rules, will be provided by email (to the Seller - to the email address specified at the beginning of the Rules, to you - to the email address provided during the order).
If any of these Rules' provisions are or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
